Homer L. Hartage is a respected leader, author, and lifelong advocate for service whose work is rooted in compassion, family, and community care. As President & Professional Guardian at AgedCare Guardian and Founder of the Hartage Foundation, he has spent decades caring for others and shaping meaningful change.
A former Orange County Commissioner in Florida, where he played a key role in managing a 3-billion-dollar economy. He also served as Chairman of the Orange County Planning & Zoning Commission & The Board of Zoning Adjustment. His decades of public service and leadership have earned him national recognition, including two Congressional Citations for Outstanding Community Service.
Homer brings both wisdom and a heart for service. Creative Joys is honored to welcome him as our Board Director and exclusive representative in the United States, where his values of faith, kindness, and integrity beautifully align with our mission of spreading joy through creativity and care.

Conception of ‘Creative Joys’ is based on the mere desire of sharing the minimal, exclusive and sparkling design aesthetics with society in general and various organizations in particular.
Art is something which for most of us seems peripheral to our lives. It is something we place on the wall, look at in a gallery or maybe attempt to create in moments of artistic fervor. It does not play a central role and works at the edge of our experience, perhaps as a form of entertainment.
Whereas, Zohra Lakhani believes that the true art comes from an experience of profundity of the spiritual life. With such a humble and earthy belief process; Zohra aspires to deliver design and visualization services to her clientele rested in warm, sophisticated, minimal, soulful and fresh design inspirations.
